Common Questions
Getting Started
Open Intura and tap the "+" button or the entry field. Answer the three questions: What mattered today? Who made a difference? What was on your mind? Tap Save when done.
After you've created several entries, go to the Weekly view and tap "Generate Summary". The AI-powered summary will be generated through Intura Cloud.
Data & Privacy
Your reflections are stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud account. We do not have access to your reflection data. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
Yes, your data is stored in iCloud and can be accessed through your iCloud account. You can also delete entries directly in the app at any time.
AI Features
Intura Cloud is our premium AI service that generates weekly summaries from your reflections. Your entries are securely processed on our servers to create personalized summaries. The text is used only for generating your summary and is not stored permanently.
Check your internet connection as summaries are generated through our cloud service. Ensure you have enough entries (typically 3-5 minimum). If you're on the free plan, AI summaries are a premium feature.
Troubleshooting
Ensure iCloud is enabled for Intura in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud. Check that you're signed into the same iCloud account on all devices. Try signing out and back into iCloud if issues persist.
Try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If the issue continues, restart your device. Make sure you're running the latest version of Intura and your device OS.
