Intura is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your reflections and data are stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud database. We do not collect, store, or process your personal reflections on our servers.
2. Data Collection
App Usage
When you use Intura, your reflections are stored exclusively on your device and in your private iCloud account. We do not have access to this data.
Website Usage
When you visit our website, we may collect basic analytics data such as page views and general usage patterns. This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Early Access Sign-up
If you sign up for early access, we collect your email address and optional information about your role and team size. This information is used solely to manage early access invitations and improve the product. We do not share this information with third parties.
3. AI Processing
Intura offers three modes for AI-powered summaries:
- Local: Patterns are detected entirely on your device. No data leaves your device.
- Your API Key: If you choose to use your own OpenAI API key, data is sent directly to OpenAI using your credentials. We do not store or have access to this data.
- Intura Cloud: An optional paid convenience service. Even in this mode, your reflections are processed but not stored by us.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data (stored locally on your device)
- Delete your data at any time (through the app or by deleting your iCloud data)
- Request deletion of any information we may have collected (email us at hello@intura.app)
- Opt out of early access communications at any time
